Kids Pizza Club

Parents can sign up their kids 12 and under to
receive a Free slice of pizza,
drink and a card on their birthday.
The child must be enrolled by the 15th of
the previous month prior to his or her birthday month.
The child can choose between a pepperoni or cheese pizza. Drinks can be either a can of pop, bottled water or milk. Just follow the simple
steps to get started.
1. You will need to first register for Free
online to become a member to the club.
2. Once you are registered go to your account
settings and opt-in to receive Promotion and
Free offers. There you will receive the invitation to
contests.
Don't forget to put in your child name and
birthday in order that they can receive their
